4 day work week!!!

The Weatherization Assistance Program helps income eligible Vermonters save fuel and money by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
The work includes:

  • Insulating (e.g., cellulose, spray foam, rigid foam)

  • Air sealing (top and bottom of buildings)

  • Installing ventilation to improve indoor air quality

  • Improving duct work

  • Doing minor structural repairs

  • Coaching clients on other ways to save energy

WHAT THESE JOBS OFFER

We are looking for DEPENDABLE individuals who have the ability to:

  • Do physically demanding work including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting tools and materials

  • Follow established health and safety procedure

  • Work professionally with coworkers and clients

  • Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic construction or carpentry skills

  • A valid driver’s license & good driving record

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
