Insulation Crew Member
The Weatherization Assistance Program helps income eligible Vermonters save fuel and money by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
The work includes:
Insulating (e.g., cellulose, spray foam, rigid foam)
Air sealing (top and bottom of buildings)
Installing ventilation to improve indoor air quality
Improving duct work
Doing minor structural repairs
Coaching clients on other ways to save energy
WHAT THESE JOBS OFFER

We are looking for DEPENDABLE individuals who have the ability to:
Do physically demanding work including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting tools and materials
Follow established health and safety procedure
Work professionally with coworkers and clients
Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic construction or carpentry skills
A valid driver’s license & good driving record
A high school diploma or equivalent
